Hours:
- Week days (8:30-5)

- Some travel required to clients located in Central Ohio, counties to include:
- Union, Delaware, Marion, Morrow, Franklin
- Work performed onsite and remotely
Typical work activities
- Work tickets on help desk board and as assigned
- Refer tickets to NOC team and/or other Clarity team members, based on established protocols
- Assist with in office configuration of equipment, to include:
- Access points
- Switches
- PCs
- Printers
- Install desktop packages (MS Office, QuickBooks, etc…)
- Office 365 administration
- AD administration
- Server administration
- Assist with network configurations
- Review vendor documents and webinars

- MS Office
- Sophos and Webroot
- Datto, Autotask Endpoint Backup and StorageCraft SPX

Candidate characteristics and experiences
- Effective communications with Clarity’s clients to understand issues and explain remedies
- IT aptitude
- Willingness to learn processes and technology
- Attitude that puts customer as priority and recognition that we are stewards of their technology investments
- Ability to stick with the problem and explore alternatives
- Able to work remotely
- Effective in determining limitations and when to pass tickets to Clarity’s NOC or contact vendor
- Practical experiences with Windows operating systems
- MS certification – preferred, not required
- Practical experiences with listed technologies
Pay
- Established based on candidate’s experience

Pre-employment requirements
Drug Free Workplace
- Clarity Technology Solutions is a drug-free workplace. Drug test required prior to first day of work and as called upon for random testing. Clarity will cover expenses associated with testing.
Background check
- Clarity Technology Solutions works for clients with security or regulatory considerations. Prior to employment, a background check will be performed. This is done at Clarity’s expense.
DISC Profile
- Understanding how staff interact with clients and other Clarity staff is critical to ensuring the client has a great experience with Clarity Technology Solutions. A candidate will be asked to complete a DISC profile to help in the interview and assessment process.
